• Manage the strategic development goals for Triathlon WA
• Manage the operations of Triathlon WA in conjunction with the Board and in line with agreed policies and directions of Triathlon WA
• Development of relationships with key stakeholders and the management of resources
• Financial management and reporting of Triathlon WA
• Management and coordination of Triathlon WA staff
• Management, development and coordination of the Busselton Festival of Triathlon
• Oversee the progress and development of all project and programs within Triathlon WA

• Coordinate all Coach Education Programs within Triathlon WA Negotiate all dates, and venue bookings as required for coaching clinic and arrange for all course books and other relevant materials for participants
• Develops the Triathlon WA TRYStars Program within WA
• Coordinates the TEP and junior program within WA in consultation with the HP Coach
• Promote this program to Schools throughout Western Australia
• NTID coordinator

• Manage the administration of the office on a day to day basis
• Assist with enquiries from Triathlon WA Members and Clubs
• Receive payments and record receipts for services of Triathlon WA
• Maintain the TWA website and Busso Half website and update as necessary
• Monitor the Chat site for inappropriate sellers, users or dialogue
• Issue and collect sanctioning documents and process for all sanctioned races
• Dissemination of information in response to enquiries
• Collating and recording all TOTY results

• Provide opportunities for participation in triathlon for all sections of the community with a focus on growth, development and assistance to the affiliated clubs
• Coordinating, delivering and promoting relevant activities, seminars and workshops for club development
• Liaise with clubs on their membership enquiries
• Liaising with clubs to develop best practice in coaching, youth development and issues such as child protection to manage clubs effectively
• Working in partnership with schools initiatives such as 'active schools', to encourage participation in sport and organise parental involvement

• Coaching and coordinating the TEP athletes
• Managing the strategic HP development goals for Triathlon WA
• Delivering medal winning TEP athlete performances
• Provide support and advice for the development of the TEP athletes individual coaches
• Ensure TEP Shadow program is maintained and athletes flow through to TEP squads

• Stakeholder Collaboration including Event Promoters, Triathlon Australia and other State Sporting Associations
• Representation of the sport on all occasions to various Government/non government organisations
