Juniors aged 12 - 14yrs (age as at 31st Dec 09) are eligible to race in the TWA Junior Series - those who have turned 14yrs on or before 31st Dec 2009, and wish to earn points towards Triathlete of the Year, will need to race the longer distance event (when available). Please refer to the race distances link above.
(Any child under the age of 12 as at the 31st Dec 09 is considered a 'TRYstar' member only and is ineligible to race in the Junior Series)
Juniors aged 15 - 17yrs (age as at 31st Dec 09) will need to race the longer distance event (when available) if they wish to ear points towards Triathlete of the Year. Please refer to the race distances link above.

Any individual wishing to race above their age group distance must abide by the following TA procedures:

• Permission in writing from the TA designated Sports Doctor ( contact TWA) - seperate permission required for each race.

WA Junior Coaches List for Season 2009/10

The criteria for being on this list is based on a 5 Star rating *****

1. Current Level 1 Coach  or higher
2. Member of TWA and have Coaches Insurance
3. Has a valid Working with Children permit
4. Operates separate  Junior Triathlon Program
5. Is affiliated with a TRYSTARS Club
